OUR POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

BILLING:Trips are billed to the customer"s Credit Card or Corporate charge accounts.We accept CASH,MASTER CARD,VISA,DISCOVER,AMERICAN EXPRESS..

SMOKING: There is no smoking in our cars,however we will be happy to pull over in a safe area for you to smoke.

ALCOHOL: Alcohol is not provided by SILVER STAR LIMOUSINE.

EXTRA STOPS: There is a charge of $15.00 for extra stop.

EARLY/LATE PICK UPS: Service between the Hours of 12:00 AM & 06:00 AM is subject to a charge of $19.00.

NO SHOW POLICY: Cancellations on location NO SHOW are going to be charged at full price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

SEDAN/SUV'S: Reservations may be canceled 24 Hours(2 Hours for corporate accounts)before the pick up time at no charge.

STRETCH LIMOUSINE,HUMMERS,STRETCH SUVs,PARTY BUSES:Reservations may be canceled 15 days before the pick up time at no charge.

Waiting time policy:

NON-AIRPORT: 15 Minutes grace time is granted for all pick ups,once the grace period has elapsed,waiting time will be charged at $15 per additional 15 minutes time period.

AIRPORT: There is no extra charge for the first 1 hour after the flight lands(DOMESTIC&INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS),once the grace period has elapsed,waiting time will be charged at $15.00 per additional 15 minutes time period.
